溪州LIFE-來溪州就會有福氣，喜揚羊-我們是喜歡揚善助人的小羊。因應十二年國教來臨，全校師生致力設計學校特色課程，共築「溪州LIFE喜揚羊」的友善校園。
Sijhou LIFE - When you come to Sijhou, you will be blessed.We are the happy little sheep that both like to help people and spread kindness. In response to the implementation of the twelve-year national education program, all the faculty and students in school are committed to designing a school characteristic curriculum to build a friendly campus for "Sijhou LIFE - Happy and Kind Sheep".
溪州羊肉爐已有數十年的歷史，最近幾年快速崛起篡紅，成為促進溪州經濟發展的要素，帶來地方繁榮景象，而羊代表溫馴與孝順形象，更符應學校「律己有禮知進退，感恩行善能愛人」的願景，因此，經過大家的集思廣益下，「喜揚羊」成為學校的特色吉祥物，希望帶來喜洋洋的學習情境。
Sijhou mutton hot pot has a history of several decades and has recently become very popular. The mutton hot pot has become a key factor in promoting economic development and bringing prosperity to the local area in Sijhou township. The image of sheep represents gentleness and filial piety, which conform with the school vision of "self-discipline with courtesy, knowing when to advance and retreat, gratitude, doing good, and loving others." Therefore, all the faculty brainstormed "Happy and Kind Sheep" which became our school mascot, hoping this school mascot will bring a joyful learning atomosphere.
我們以學生學習為主體，透過「Learning希望閱讀」、「Internation國際展望」、「Fancy想像創新」、「Ecology生態關懷」life的教育理念，培養學生多元能力，各個都能具備閱讀力、國際力、想像力、生態力等四力全開的好兒童，發揮揚善助人的全人教育精神。
We take students’ learning as the main focus and cultivate students' diverse abilities through the educational philosophy of "Learning for Hope Reading," "Internation for International Outlook," "Fancy for Imaginative Creativity," and "Ecology for Ecological Care." We aim to develop well-rounded children with the four abilities of reading, internationalization, imagination, and ecology, and to foster the spirit of comprehensive education which promotes happiness and helping others.
