近年來，新興努力爭取經費充實各項軟硬體教學環境設備，積極營造「健康」「樂學」「自信」「感恩」「創新」的校園。以營造出優質校園與教學環境，提升教學與學習成效。結合家長與社區力量，培養學生為健康活力積極向學的好兒童。期許新興園地中成長的每一朵小蓓蕾在甘霖雨露的滋潤下，綻放出五彩繽紛的花朵，讓校園花團錦簇，各展艷麗。
In recent years, there has been a coordinated effort to seek funding to enrich various hardware and software teaching equipment. We are diligently working to create a campus that promotes "healthy," "joyful learning," "confidence," "gratitude," and "innovation." We hope that by creating a high-quality campus and teaching environment, we can boost the effectiveness of teaching and learning. Combining the efforts of parents and community, we cultivate students to become healthy, vibrant, and actively engaged learners. We anticipate that every budding flower in Shin Shing Elementary School will bloom into a colorful array of flowers under the nurturing raindrops, further adorning the campus with a tapestry of blooms, each showcasing its own brilliance.
學校推動特色有：
- 課後照顧：考量學區家長課後照顧需求，開設課後照顧班(含寒暑假)，讓
家長接送放心。
- 學習扶助：學期及寒暑期針對英語、國語、數學科於非正式課程時間進行
教學。
- 多元社團：為達成支持兒童健康成長及培養多元才藝，厚植12年國教升學
潛力，引進專業師資成立多元社團，豐富學生的學習。學校目前有外師英語(寒暑假)、擊鼓、桌球、足球、直排輪、跆拳道、自然科學等多元社團，讓孩子的潛能多元發展。
- 好校園：扎根品格教育以做好事、說好話、存好心，修養學生品德，營造
友善校園環境。
- 特色課程：推動食農、閱讀校本課程，培養在地文化認同感和榮譽感。
- 英語教學：強化全校英語課程，著重聽和說表達能力，培養學生英語溝通
能力。
The activities and features that the school is currently promoting include:
- After-School Care: Considering the after-school care needs of parents in the school district, we offer after-school care classes (including winter and summer breaks) to provide parents with assurance during drop-off and pickup.
- Remedial Education: In both regular school semesters and holiday sessions, we offer educational enhancement sessions for English, Chinese, and mathematics outside of regular class hours.
- Diverse Clubs: To achieve the support of children's healthy development and cultivate diverse talents, as well as to build a solid foundation for the 12-year Basic Education, we recruit professional instructors to establish various clubs aimed at enriching students' learning experiences. We currently offer a variety of clubs, including the English Club instructed by a native English speaker teacher (available during winter and summer breaks), Drumming Club, Table Tennis Club, Soccer Club, Inline Skating Club, Taekwondo Club, and Science Club. Participating in activities organized by these clubs can foster diverse development of children's potential.
- GOOD Campus: In order to promote positive behavior and to create a friendly atmosphere on campus, we anchor ourselves in character education, advocating doing GOOD deeds, speaking GOOD words, and maintaining GOOD intentions.
- Specialized Curriculum: We promote agricultural education and reading-based curriculum to cultivate a sense of local cultural identity and pride.
- English Learning and Teaching: We are strengthening the English curriculum school-wide, with a focus on enhancing listening and speaking skills to develop students' English communication abilities.
