為此，學校特色課程以「師於樹遊於林，T型跨域展素養」(We Plant, I-CARE)」為名，以「樹」為主題，融入文學、自然、科技、藝術等相關領域並進行課程發想，並結合校本彈性課程，融入十二年國教素養導向教學，引領學生從認識在地、珍惜在地、邁步國際、永續發展，打造屬於彰化的「彰泰森林公園」！期許孩子重視生活情境、重啟學習力，達成「感知、行動、品味、共好」的願景，培養I-CARE五大核心能力，成為具有國際觀的終身學習者。
